Dan Krause has served non-profits his entire 22-year career, including 17 years of full-time fund development, 15 capital stewardship campaigns, and over $21 million raised. Krause's areas of expertise include Capital Stewardship, Non-Profit Capital Campaigns, Feasibility Studies, Major Gifts, Marketing and Leadership Renewal. A product of a Christian elementary school, Grace Lutheran, Fargo , ND , Krause started working professionally with Christian schools in 1988. Tim Hipenbecker graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a BA in Secondary Education. Tim taught at Lutheran High School North, an inner core suburban school in St. Louis, Missouri for 12 years. While at Lutheran North, he served as the business department chairman, registrar, and assistant principal in addition to coaching football, basketball, advising student council and Future Business Leaders of America. Tim then served for 4 years as the founding principal of Lutheran High School in Parker, Colorado. He returned to be principal for 6 years at Lutheran High School North in St. Louis. Tim then served as head of schools and president of the Lutheran High School Association of St. Louis for 6 years. Tim recently returned to the Milwaukee area to be closer to his family and has been working with the Center for Urban Teaching as a talent developer and coach for 3 years. He has been working part time as a ministry development consultant with GraceWorks Ministries since 2016.Tim received his MBA at Lindenwood University in 1992. He attended the University of Missouri in St. Louis and Phoenix University in Denver working on advanced degrees in educational administration and leadership. Tim is an outdoorsman and enjoys fishing and hunting with his two sons and is also an avid sports fan, especially of the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks and the Wisconsin Badgers.
Strategic partner Tom McClintock demonstrates GraceWorks' commitment to bring innovation and new ideas from other industries to marketing Christian schools. In addition to co-founding NSI Partners, an ecommerce and web marketing provider, Tom co-founded NC, Inc., a $22 million dollar wireless and web content company. There he built and ran a sales department that surpassed all monthly goals and won clients such as Sprint, CBS, Cox Communications, and Accenture. Amanda comes to GraceWorks with a strong background in marketing, growth consulting, event planning, and fundraising. Albert started his college years in Florida, he continued his education in Georgia, where he also joined the Army National Guard. He found his niche in technology. As the IT Manager for a company with offices across multiple states, he evaluated new technology, including the precursors to CRM, which led him to GoldMine. In 1996 Albert had started his own company, providing networking services, web development and application training. He chose to use GoldMine for his business and soon became an Official Authorized GoldMine reseller. In subsequent years, his GoldMine expertise led him to partner with Christina Consulting, acquiring AdmitGold & DonorGold, following soon after a relationship with GraceWorks Ministry, adopting AdmitGold for Christian K-12 schools.Having a career that weaves together the tradition of family, faith and hard work makes getting up each day rewarding for Albert.
