Capital Campaign Consultant Lead/Associate
As a Capital Campaign Lead or Associate, you will conduct Capital Campaign Feasibility and Support Studies and Capital Campaigns for Christian schools on a contract basis, across North America. Using GraceWorks’ proprietary processes, you’ll help donors connect with select Christian schools that are building the next generation of Christian world leaders. As a consultant, you will work with dynamic Christian school leaders, their Board of Directors, school staff, parents, business leaders and donors to meet fund development goals. Initially, you’ll serve with our Capital Campaigns Senior Consultant and learn our exclusive process. You’ll learn from the best of the best! Then, you’ll run your own campaigns as an independent consultant, with no limits! Requirements:1.Two years’ or more experience in fund development or capital campaigns, preferably in a Christian organization.2.College degree. Advanced degree preferred.3.Ability to learn and follow GraceWorks’ proprietary strategies. 4.Demonstrated high level communication skills and listening abilities. Administrative Assistant to the President
We are looking for a self-motivated, missions-minded, take-charge Executive Assistant (EA) to the President who has a heart for Christian schools. As the EA, you will help accelerate the growth of GraceWorks Ministries by serving at the hub of ministry activity — you’ll need to know “everything GraceWorks!” In addition to logistical, strategic, collaborative and customer service support, you’ll help the ministry operate smoothly and dynamically. Your friendly, professional demeanor and ability to operate under tight deadlines will give our clients confidence in the ministry and allow us to maximize our service to them. Job duties will vary widely! Under the direction of the President, you’ll interface with Christian school leaders from all over North America to make travel arrangements for seminars, conferences, and meetings. You’ll review and edit correspondence, ministry materials, budgets, and reports. You must be detail-oriented and pro-active with the ability to stay one-step ahead of a very busy ministry executive — and maintain a sense of humor, too!
